How do I Talk to the Support Team?

If you have any questions about our product or face issues while navigating the platform, you can talk to our support team.

To talk to our support team:

• Click on the “Talk to Support” button from your profile on the left side
• You will be redirected to a new page
• Enter your name, email, phone no.,
• Enter where you are currently publishing your video. For example - if it’s YouTube add it or if you’re uploading your content on multiple channels add the name as well
• Add your company/business name
• Select the industry you specialize in from the drop-down menu
• Select your audience size from the drop-down menu
• Hit submit
